ReTURNS / REFUNDS

The Knopf Honey return policy is within three days. The customer has three days after receiving the product to request a return on the product.

For the customer to be eligible for a return on the product, the product must be in the condition it was received, in the original packaging and unopened. The customer will also need to provide either the product receipt, or proof of purchase.

Refunds are only available on full priced products.

Please contact admin@knopfgroupnz.com to start the return process. If the return is accepted, a return address will be sent to the customer. If the product is sent back prior to making a request, the return will be declined.

Once the product has been received from the customer, and thoroughly checked, the customer will be notified if the refund is approved or non-approved. The customer will be refunded to the original payment method if approved. Please not that the refund will be timely before it is processed and the funds are returned.

Product Damage & Issues
Upon receiving any products, please conduct a thorough check in case of the unlikely event that a product may be either damaged, or defective. Please contact us immediately if there is an quality issue, or if the wrong product has been received.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on unwanted products.
