Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup of hot, boiled water
  • ½ fresh lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Manuka honey

Procedure

  1. Boil a jug of water
  2. Pour hot water into a large cup, add ginger and stir
  3. Squeeze half a lemon into the water, add the Mānuka honey and stir well until dissolved
  4. Add a little cold water or leave it to cool slightly, then enjoy
