
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup of hot, boiled water
- ½ fresh lemon
- 1 teaspoon Manuka honey
Procedure
- Boil a jug of water
- Pour hot water into a large cup, add ginger and stir
- Squeeze half a lemon into the water, add the Mānuka honey and stir well until dissolved
- Add a little cold water or leave it to cool slightly, then enjoy
